We try to keep our rules and regulations to the absolute minimum, but, and we are sure you will agree, every successful operation needs a few guidelines so we all know where we are, so here goes.
Method of Payment
We ask that a deposit of one third of the total cost of your holiday accompanies your booking form.
All payments must be in £’s sterling only.
Please make your cheques out to J. H. & P. THOMPSON.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival, the date it is due will be clearly shown on your confirmation invoice.
Late or non payment of the balance will unfortunately result in loss of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation
If you cancel your holiday it will result in forfeiture of your deposit subject to our discretion. We will of course consider all circumstances. In cases of ill health we do ask for written confirmation from a health professional before considering a refund.
Caution
You may have noticed that a caution of £100 is added to your total . This will be refunded in full by post after we have inspected the mobile home and found it to be clean and undamaged. We reserve the right to retain some or all of the caution to cover the cost or repairs or replacements if required. £40 will be retained if excessive cleaning is required. Damage to linen will result in forfeiture of a sum which covers replacement of the damaged items.
Arrival and Departure
Your mobile home will be ready for you from 15h00 (3pm) on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10h00 (10am) on the morning of departure.
In case of arrivals after 22h00 (10pm) please advise us by telephone (0033 (0)634 385 153) as the entrance to the camping will be closed to vehicles and it will be necessary to arrange a pass and key collection. If arriving by taxi please go to the Reception office at the RN98 entrance where instructions and your key will be available.
Your vehicle
Parking is provided at your own risk and you should ensure that you have valid insurance to cover your vehicle.
Linen
Bed linen and towels can only be provided if prebooked. Please note our linen package includes pillows and duvets and these will not be available unless our linen is hired.
General Conditions
The mobile home owners, their agents, representatives or employees cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to anyone, nor for the loss of or damage to any personal goods or property during the period of hire.
No person under the age of 18 years may hire the mobile home.
It is a condition of the camp site that all minors (i.e. under 18 years of age) must be under the supervision of a parent, relative, legal guardian or responsible adult.
We do not hire out our mobile homes to any single sex groups or groups of more than 6 persons.
No dogs or pets are allowed in the mobile homes.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the mobile home.
You are requested to show consideration to other residents and to refrain from being noisy after midnight.
We regret having to publish this list of do’s and don’t’s but it has only been made necessary by the anti social behaviour of a small percentage of our previous clients. We do hope these rules will serve to ensure that you have a most enjoyable time with us.
